The practice head, Melanie Toyne-Sewell, has a biochemistry degree from Oxford University, is a qualified accountant, and for six years has focused exclusively on advising Life Sciences companies on their financial and corporate communications.
Hogarth’s Life Sciences clients span both quoted and private companies and the practice has extensive experience of IPOs, secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions in the sector.
