Lloyds Development Capital (LDC) is one of the UK’s leading mid-market private equity investors and part of the Lloyds TSB Group. Operating from a network of 11 regional offices in the UK, LDC invests from £2 million to £100 million in UK companies with profits in excess of £1 million, supporting transactions including management buy-outs (MBOs), institutional buy-outs (IBOs) and the provision of development capital.
